TM17pro was born from our journey raising four soccer-loving kids across two continents — and our mission to help families navigate youth soccer with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
We’ve lived it all — from backyard games to elite academies, scholarships, injuries, and even professional contracts. As parents, we’ve cheered until we were hoarse, paced hospital hallways, and asked ourselves more than once if we were doing the right thing.

Mirko brings hands-on coaching experience and a sharp eye for identifying potential at every level. With years spent on the ground in both Germany and the US, he’s built an international network of coaches, scouts, and mentors who believe in development — not shortcuts.
As a coach, Mirko’s philosophy is direct and honest — the German way. He tells players what they need to hear, not what’s comfortable. And it works. He has helped countless young athletes find the right path, in soccer and in life.
Beyond soccer, Mirko is a certified sailing instructor — at home on water as much as on the pitch. When he first saw Lake Mead during the Las Vegas scouting days, surrounded by the dramatic Red Rock landscape of Nevada, Marion had a feeling she recognized well. He was captivated. The mountains, the desert, the water — it was almost too much for a sailor-coach from Germany to take in.

Captured Our Hearts.
When TM17pro held its scouting day in Henderson, Nevada, Mirko was genuinely blown away — not just by the landscape, but by the quality of players and the warmth of the families who showed up. The commitment, the attitude, the talent — it matched anything he had seen in Europe.
As a certified sailing instructor, Mirko saw Lake Mead and immediately fell in love. The dramatic red rock landscape, the sheer scale of the Nevada desert, the water — it was unlike anything in Germany. Marion will tell you herself: she genuinely worried they were about to relocate. “He had that look,” she says.
From the very first session, the Las Vegas soccer community showed TM17pro exactly what kind of city this is — open, passionate, hungry for development, and genuinely welcoming. The players, the parents, the coaches. Coach Cleon made it all possible. This is a community we are proud to serve.
From Las Vegas, we connect players to our Hamburg and RC Lens programs. A Las Vegas player was the very first participant in our Germany programs — ever. That Las Vegas spirit — show up, work hard, embrace the challenge — is exactly what German scouts look for.

Family Therapist.
Marion understands from the inside what it feels like to raise a child through elite youth soccer — four times over, across two countries. The parent support she offers isn’t opinion. It’s grounded in academic science and lived experience in equal measure.
Qualified as a Music Therapist, Family Therapist, and Master of Education, Marion brings a depth of human understanding to the parent side of the TM17pro experience that is genuinely rare in youth soccer.
She also keeps Mirko from moving the entire operation to Las Vegas every time he visits. 😄
